RDR2 is by far the best video game I have played in the last few years. I am currently done with 85% of the story mode and have completed 100% of the online missions. The story mode is a fascinating tale set in the wild west where you get to choose what kind of cowboy you will be. (I find it very hard to be a good cowboy). The honor system will rise and drop based on the actions of the players.
The story mode follows the life of Arthur Morgan an outlaw in Dutch’s gang. Dutch is a likable leader early in the game, but when things get dicey you swear at Dutch through the screen. I will not post any spoilers in this article, but get your popcorn ready if you start playing.
The details that are in the game are top of the line. I am playing in 4k on my new 4k television and the picture is amazing. My girlfriend will shockingly sit on the couch for hours watching me play because the story is awesome to follow and she loves seeing all of the animals.
I highly recommend this game to anyone that is on the fence. It is hands down a great way to kill time. I am 15 hours of play deep into the saga and I am not wanting it to end.
