Well, as it happens to everyone, my bracket is far from perfect and still within striking distance of winning my pool in 2nd place and my additional bracket I submitted is lurking around in 7th. Here are the predictions for the Sweet 16. As always they are going to be right so if you don’t spoilers then feel free to click on another article that we have written.

Thursday’s Games
-Florida State over Gonzaga. (I had FSU over Baylor in bracket, I am still rolling with the Noles) 76-72
-Purdue over Tennessee. (Its not a sexy pick, but it is the right pick. I have been off of the Tennessee hype train for awhile and the Boilermakers play just solid hoops) 66-54
-Michigan over Texas Tech (I think this game will be the most exciting and go to OT) 82-77
-Virginia over Oregon (Oregon is the last high seed left and they wont be able to hang with Virgina) 69-44

Friday’s Games
– Michigan St. Over LSU. (Good run tigers) 84-77
-UNC over Auburn (Pointless game UNC is too good) 74-66
-Duke over VT (VT is going to be leading at half and Duke will take control with 8 mins to go) 62-54
-Kentucky over Houston (Bluebloods win in the Tourney, Houston had a great season, but so did UK) 54-45

Once all of these hit I will be again leading in my pool and leading in your hearts as the best college hoops bracket picker.

-Basil
