0-53

Chris Davis looking to see if his bat has a hole in it, or has never seen this object before and trying to figure out how to use it.

Well lets start this off by saying Chris Davis is making more this year than most of us will make in our life time so, yes we can make fun of him. Davis is 0-53 dating back to the 2018 season. He has passed the old hitless record and is looking to shatter that record. I hope in heart of hearts he can reach 100. Just having him with an absurd amount of chew in his mouth holding a 100 sign on a tiny white piece of paper like Wilt Chamberlain would just be epic. Chris is already over half way there and it looks like the Orioles will continue to play him.

Chris Davis asking his bat “Why don’t you like me?”

Davis started his career in the Texas Rangers organization and never panned out to be the superstar everyone thought that he could be. After his stint in Arlington he signed with O’s and had a few great seasons, and this prompted them to do possibly the worst contract in the history of sports. They sign this man to a 7 year 161 million dollar contract in the year of 2015. This is year 4. The first 2 seasons were fine and dandy, he was launching Hrs and the O’s were winning a little bit more than they are now. Last year, Chris Davis had the worst season statistically in major league baseball history.

As a human I love watching people be terrible at their job if it doesn’t effect me, so Chris my advice to you is chase down 100. You get paid either way and it doesn’t affect me, actually it helps me as a Yankee fan.

Chris Davis laughing and smiling because he is still a millionaire for being the worst person in his profession. This is the American Dream kids.

Side note: I know for a fact I could get a hit in 53 major league at bats. Orioles, if you are reading this. I will take the league minimum and be a good clubhouse guy.
